The volunteer Board of Directors governs the University Area Community Development Corporation, Inc. The board is comprised of local business leaders, community residents and public officials. The board sets policy on all matters related to University Area CDC including personnel, financial, programmatic, strategic planning and evaluation and provides oversight in all these areas. These dedicated volunteers share a vision and desire to accomplish common goals to advance the community.
