ROTUNDA

The University Community Center Rotunda, with its two-story glass-domed roof, can be turned into a stunning reception space for you and your guests. From dazzling cocktail receptions to a demurer reception area, this space will make a striking showcase space for your event. The rotunda can be used in conjunction with the Community Room and stage areas to provide the full theatrical experience you are looking for at your next play or musical.

COMMUNITY ROOM

This fan-shaped room makes for a fantastic setting for big parties and receptions or can be quartered off to provide smaller space for meetings, classes, and get-togethers. With two doors leading to our lighted patio deck, this space is a wonderful complement to large outdoor parties—providing space for mingling and shelter from the hot sun. The community room will accommodate up to 190 guests and, due to its size and dimensions, is the perfect space for any event, large or small!

LIGHTED PATIO DECK

The lighted patio deck, located just off the community room, is a spectacular venue with a beautiful open-air ambiance. Perfect location for luncheons, dinners, receptions, and cocktail parties, the 14,000 square foot deck space will accommodate parties as large as 500.

DANCE STUDIO

Performing arts groups will find the UACDC Dance Studio well-equipped for their needs. This 861 square foot space contains floor-to-ceiling mirrors both front and back, a ballet barre, and suspended wooden floor – perfect for up to 20 dancers!

OUTDOOR BANDSHELL

The vast 9,680 sq foot concert area is precisely designed for live open-air concerts with a capacity for 900 guests. Constructed for outdoor acoustics, the venue offers a laid-back atmosphere with a large grassy lawn surrounded by lively woodlands. The bandshell hosts the UACDC’s annual jazz and art festival!

COVERED PAVILLION

Pavilion offers 5,103 feet of outdoor event space for large gatherings of up to 400 people! This area has hosted a range of occasions from Tampa Bay Lighting Charity to outdoor music festivals! Located next to the Outdoor Bandshell Area, this space offers a quaint setting surrounded by shady oak trees.

The outside picnic space offers 8 picnic areas, each equipped with a grill and picnic table. Surrounded by healthy green foliage, the picnic area is a picturesque location for your next barbeque or family grill outing.
