University Area Community Center

The University Area Community Center Complex is a 50,000 square foot multi-purpose center that is the focal point of the community, providing critical services to thousands of residents. The property includes: classrooms; a community room; an indoor performance stage; music, art and dance studios; a fitness center; a full-sized gymnasium; a large, lighted patio deck; and an outdoor bandshell, pavilion and playground. The center also serves as the headquarters for the University Area Community Development Corporation, Inc.
