Information Collection, Use, and Sharing. Collegiate Risk Management, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

THE UNIVERSITY AREA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, INC., REGISTRATION NUMBER CH9447, MEETS ALL REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIED BY THE FLORIDA SOLICITATION ACT. A COPY OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE DIVISION OF CONSUMER SERVICES BY CALLING 1-800-435-7352 WITHIN THE STATE. REGISTRATION DOES NOT IMPLY ENDORSEMENT, APPROVAL OR RECOMMENDATION BY THE STATE. THE UACDC IS SUPPORTED IN PART BY DONATIONS FROM INDIVIDUALS, CORPORATIONS, AND FOUNDATIONS. THE UACDC DOES NOT UTILIZE THE SERVICES OF PROFESSIONAL SOLICITORS AND THEREFORE DIRECTLY RECEIVES 100% OF EACH CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION.

Financial Accountability Disclosure (Per Florida SB 242)
In compliance with Florida Senate Bill 242 and as a recipient of public funds through the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, the University Area CDC (UACDC) is committed to transparency and fiscal responsibility.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, UACDC is required to disclose any State of Florida funds allocated for the remuneration of its officers or board members under applicable service contracts.
Under the current DJJ contract, no State funds are allocated or used to compensate members of the UACDC Board of Directors.
Compensation funded by the DJJ contract is provided only to executive staff who perform services under the contract, as outlined in the approved budget. For this fiscal year, State funds under this agreement have supported a portion of salary and fringe for the following roles:
- Chief Executive Officer
- Chief Operating Officer
- Chief Financial Officer
- Chief Communications & People Officer
Details of this remuneration are submitted to the Florida Accountability Contract Tracking System (FACTS) and are available upon request.
